Biscotti had this to say when we asked about the mix she put togetherThis mix is a hot take of some of my favourite new wave electro dance music which has been coming out of Africa over the past ten years, many of them from South Africa. I love the freneticism of it and how it is so insistent that you must dance or move to it. I love how these tracks are weaving in traditional songs and absolutely slaughtering them with electronic sounds and high tempos to make a totally new collage of African dance music.
