With an unconditional love for cosmic groove and glittery dancefloors, Naajet doesn't hesitate to overcome musical genres, from House to Disco with a hint of Soulful, Breakbeat and Techno. She's the cofounder of the parisian collective Bande de Filles, who puts women in the spotlight in electronic music. Also producer, she revealed her first EP "Rocket Science" in May 2022 on Community Center,label where she released the track "Yama". In 2021, she joined a few V.A: House de France Vol.2 on Chat Noir with the track "National Security" (with  Chevals) and Sororité on Beat X Changers with "Love Is All In Me".

The park was quiet today, all the people had left the city for the weekend leaving the plazas and promenades between the trees empty and spacious. It was perfect.

Strolling between the greenery he’d occasionally catch a shimmering glimpse of a skyscraper between the branches, only for it to become concealed once more by the dense shrubbery of the summertime.

The breeze blew softly. The light flickered hazily between the shadows.

He walked slowly. Strolling.

AD & The Persuader team up for a wicked release on Kwench Records featuring the additional talents of Bella Hardcover. This is an excellent EP consisting of tech driven house music with delicate elements dotted throughout.

WPP stands for Witness Protection Program, a space for artists to bathe in anonymity. To release music that they wouldn’t be able to release otherwise. It's the non-official Worldwide Peace Project.

Ecstatic Peace is more than a musical offering — it's a proposition that peace and ecstasy can coexist on the dance floor. These tracks portray a yearning for better times, serving as both wishful thinking and a coping mechanism for producer Davin Varda.

Compelled to channel his frustration with the current state of affairs into a more constructive effort, Varda has created two powerful tracks. Find Peace in Every Way takes a deep dive into house music's past, recalling pianos, organs, and vocal manipulation techniques while giving the track a modern edge with a sub-aquatic bassline and crispy drums.

Is Ecstasy echoes this nostalgic sentiment, referencing both classic bittersweet '90s house anthems and elements from the heyday of Motown records. It's the perfect end-of-night tune, inspiring hands-in-the-air moments and dance floor embraces.

Together, these tracks offer a journey through time and emotion, reminding us of music's power to unite and uplift, even in challenging times.

As a producer xceptor creates what makes his heart pound, his blood stream, his mind race and his feet move. This results in eclecticism that has almost no red line in it, but creates an overall feeling of excitement, melancholy and/or a grimy dark side. Together this creates a world where anything can happen, a world where freedom is the only important thing.

The Rotterdam based producer releases his debut EP on local label Feed The Void. ‘De Wandeling’ is more than just a peaceful walk in the park, it’s a journey through another dimension. Opener ‘Paranoïde Boswandeling’ takes us on a trip through a dark forest laden with unsettling synth stabs and harrowing arpeggios . Next up is the steady pacer ‘Veengrond’, an atmospheric stroll through an open peaty field of resonant synthesizers and comforting bass lines that lul the listener into a false sense of security. To follow is
the ominous dystopian driver ‘Bezeten Steeg’; a dark electro track that grows effortlessly throughout until it’s a pounding peak time masterpiece. EP closer ‘Astronaut Onder Water’ borrows elements from 80s post-punk and combines them with breakbeats to create a euphoric ending to this wonderful trip.

‘De Wandeling’ is released on 13th September 2024.

2fox consists of Soul Quest label head Max Sinàl and Ivor Novello award winning songwriter/composer Renell Shaw, and the duo have become known the world over for their infectious and refreshing take on house music. Taking inspiration from a wide variety of sources, 2fox always presents their music with heart and emotion on its sleeve, celebrating the vitality of life through rhythm, voices and melody. ‘So Long’ acts as a continued expression of their synergy and shared passion. A skipping rhythm section provides the bedrock for razor sharp melodic sequences to shift in and out of sight, adding depth where required and allowing the bass line to sing so sweetly. What also sings so very sweetly is the vocal performances by Liam Bailey and BB James, who’s unraveling narrative keeps the ears burning with delight throughout. As per tradition now with many of 2fox’s releases, a cohort of remixes compliment the original cut to provide even further feels. Oliver Night provides a broken beat take to proceedings, with plenty of space thrown into the mix to get feet and minds moving. Manoo spreads the grooves out over the horizon line with his version, with an in-depth rhythm section allowing the melodic touches to reach out and kiss the skies above. Coflo’s ’Stripped Back’ mix takes things down to pianos, bass and voice, and suddenly the vibe becomes one of sentimentality and softness, with the energetic spark of the original remaining throughout. Finally, David Bailey takes things into the electronic realm with an up-tempo house laden number that caps off the record in the warmest of ways.

Hypnotic, soulful and absorbing, ‘So Long’ is a single to feel as much as it is to dance too. A number that lasts long into the night, soundtracking the dance and the everyday. SEPTEMBER 13, 2024—Today, the freshly minted StrataSonic Records officially unveils itself with a brand new release from Parisian house music mastermind and Apollonia ringleader Dan Ghenacia. Ghenacia’s three-track Rouge ou Noir EP is out now. 

The title track opens up with looped, funky guitar riffs and neon synths, which wind their way through dusty, dynamic drums. “Chilly” bustles with a blend of louche rhythms and rugged synth arps that dart about the mix—it also gets a low-slung, dubbed-out mix to round out the release. Ghenacia’s knowledge of house music, which he’s accumulated over the last 25-plus years DJing, hosting essential parties, and running vital labels, is crystal clear on this fantastic new solo EP. "Everything unfolded at a dizzying pace,” says Dan Ghenacia on creating the new EP. “Five days in a dream studio in Los Angeles led to Rouge ou Noir, a surreal and psychedelic experience with funky vibes. StrataSonic, this young label, is showing boundless creativity with its team to maximize the release's impact."

ABOUT DAN GHENACIA
Dan Ghenacia has toured the globe over three decades, solo and as part of Apollonia, the supergroup that epitomizes the sound and community of underground house music. His story began in his early 20s when, after spending a year soaking up West Coast house music and psychedelia in San Diego, he opened his store, Traffic Records, in Paris. This allowed him to import and show off sounds he discovered in California, and he soon started DJing all over Paris. He became an early Circoloco resident at DC10 in 2004 and still, to this day, spends his summers living in Ibiza. This year, he’s performed all-night-long Apollonia sets at fabric in London and at Jamie Jones’ opening Paradise party at Amnesia in Ibiza.
