Hedonist is the debut single from GLYSK’s  upcoming EP; Social Intercourse - a technicolour explosion of electronic pop with 
something to say for itself. Four tracks that will make you feel like you’ve walked in on the patriarchy with its pants down and it’s made 
you wanna dance. Lyrical gymnastics injected into a cocktail of 
empowered 80s nostalgia and here-and-now societal critique, “Social Intercourse” bops its way through the themes of illicit desire, social 
stereotyping, environmental anxiety and queer heartbreak, without stopping for breath. GLYSK has spent years making GarageBand demos on her smashed-screen iPad in her bedroom. It wasn’t until producer Brain Rays heard them that they came together with
James Stewart to turn those demos into the glitchy, iridescent slickness that shimmers in this EP.  

Hedonist is a sonic exploration into the moment before the roller coaster leaves the ground; the hormones hanging in the air just before an illicit kiss. It tackles morality, ﬁckleness, ownership of action, the limitations of heteronormativity and the irrepressible heat of sexual tension.

[ENG] We are launching the first release from our Breton label: Underwater Audio Dynamics.

The label comes from the meeting of two oceanic creatures off the coast of Brittany and will be devoted to underwater energies, taking an open look at the electronic scene, in search of unique and off-the-radar universes.

Batou's EP highlights 2 energies that are dear to him: one marked by two downtempo pieces with acid-Breton sounds and the other more focused on percussive prog house sounds.
