It's a true creative act that makes you immerse yourself in a world of sounds and emotions.

The Creative Act talks about the process of artistic creation : how we digest how our inspirations to give life to something new and personal, and the contrast between all the self-doubtness and the "strokes-of-genius-feelings" that reach us when we're making music.
Belvedere 707 - was made just after a digging journey trough the late 2010's lo-fi house era, and the chicago deep house scene from the late 90's / early 2000's. The result is a tribute track melting this two differents but very similar eras of the deep house spectrum, united by a melancholic spirit and a minimalistic approach.
Winter in a seaside resort -  as indicated by his name, i have produced this track coming back from a winter holiday break along the mediterranean french coast, in the peaceful town of "Le Grau-du-Roi", totally deserted at this period. I was driving at sunset through the empties palm trees alleys, fascinated by the strong nostalgic feeling emerging from this scenery. The result is a melancholic track, with breaky drums, dubby stabs and g-funk synths, all that through my mind when i was thinking about this memories.
Are You Still Watching -  is a story-telling track, no genres, no pre-defined schemas, just tryin to musically represent some memories, the most difficult but also the funniest exercise.

WDDS makes a big statement with an impressive & diverse selection of tracks, that marks his own musical journey thus far!

WDDS returns to his own imprint Hectare Discs and is set to captivate once again with the release of Migration. This follows a string of mighty EPs on the label, as well as releases with Woozy & Accidental Meetings.

Migration is a sonic embodiment of WDDS' personal journey from the coastal tranquility of Brighton to the vibrant urban energy of Manchester, featuring collaborations with friends and fellow artists he encountered along the way. It marks a new chapter in his musical trajectory and reflects his artistic evolution and diverse influences, embodying the vast range of his sound palette.

The opening track, 'Migration', immediately draws listeners into its embrace, channeling the spirit of the post-dubstep era that originally inspired WDDS. The intricate fusion of granular piano melodies, “Burialesque” drum patterns, and a pulsating bassline creates an immersive soundscape, complemented by fluctuating vocals that seamlessly intertwine with the rhythm.

'Seaside Riddim', the second track, serves as a heartfelt tribute to WDDS' roots in Brighton. With the sounds of seagulls and ocean waves, the song captures the essence of the seaside atmosphere that once accompanied his commutes. The transition into a glitchy, sub-heavy drill beat maintains an expansive and ambient ambiance, evoking a sense of nostalgia for the coastal city.

'Moving Freely' pays homage to the golden era of dubstep while seamlessly weaving in elements of drone and techno. This track exemplifies WDDS' ability to honour the past while pushing musical boundaries, resulting in an auditory experience transcending genres.

'Latency', an ambient composition, transports listeners into ethereal realms with its floaty lead sounds and captivating dub stabs. This introspective piece invites contemplation and introspection, showcasing WDDS’ sonic palette.

'TOR' takes the listener on a sonic journey through the realm of jungle music. The track evolves into a full-throttle amen break with a Rees bassline that drives the energy forward, providing an exhilarating sonic ride.

'Mushy Impossible', a collaboration with pianist Richie Taylor Holmes, brings a dynamic blend of jungle breaks and airy piano melodies, creating a beautifully balanced contrast between intensity and serenity. The serious undertone of the track resonates deeply, inviting listeners to explore the emotional depths of the music.

Horos is a São Paulo-based artist. His music is a blend of sci-fi narratives and hi-tech mysticism. The man behind TRNQR — an independent label with a mixed catalog that includes albums, EPs, and singles distributed in the form of cassettes, zines, and digital files —, Horos has been active since '12, after many years leading residencies in São Paulo's thriving underground music scene.

His sound has received the endorsement from artists in the likes of Boys Noize, Lena Willikens, Scuba, Volvox, Marsman, Softcoresoft and Renato Cohen. In 2017 his work was released by many labels such as Catch (UK), Dissolute (Germany), Ecce (Portugal), Quadrado Magico (Brazil) and also featured in the Power Puerto Rico compilation.

Cosmic Anomaly (TRNQR013), a fresh new title coming from TRNQR, brings 5 unreleased tracks. All of them recorded live, straight out of the computer and edited for digital (Bandcamp) and physical (cassette) release.
