Kickstarting 2023 the right way is London based techno aficionado, M.F.S: Observatory. His thunderous sound lands 13th January on his own Observatory Music imprint, a safe haven for his own output, and continues the letter series with “W”. Three tracks here all explore the deep and darker side of the rising Italians productions, tinged with industrial tones. Innovative techno at its finest.  

With an enormous kick leading the way is “W1”, before you know it you are thrown into a world of sinister acid tones urging your thoughts to wander. The perfect soundtrack for the darker club rooms out there, allowing the listener to become totally immersed in the vibe. Transcended to an outer place. Glitchy broken drums is the order of the day in “W2”, the intelligently arranged track is a sure sign of his diverse and versatile sound of recent times, a gigantic sound for the peak time tastemakers amongst us. In comparison to the tracks before it “W3” still maintains the mysterious energy of its predecessors, but it has a distinctive deeper emotion to it, simmering throughout. The vocal samples flashing in and out with the ominous elements whirring positively around the heart of the track. 

M.F.S: Observatory showcasing some of his most eccentric sounds to date with this release, further cementing himself at the middle of the current techno boom, starting the year as he means to go on. Enriched sounds, full of life and energy.

This EP is characterized by an aesthetic research work, illustrating the importance of curiosity and versatility in an artistic project. Each track represents a temporal capture from 2017 until today.

From Deep House to Jungle, through the Club, the EP concludes with a personal and original track where Guitar, Rhodes piano, and Electronic sounds resonate.

Having shared the same releases since 2017, it was impossible to tell this story without "Arnaud Is Dancing," on a Remix of "Temple Gates" Club and captivating.

Mental Breakbeats EP is the artist’s third EP consisting in 3 tracks that go from dark techno to intelligent drum’n’bass which focuses on deep electronic ambiances either in a dark or chill mood, melted with breakbeats. Through a series of long, static and immersive pads the main goal is to express the psychological journey of 3 different trance mental states, which go from the most irrational (expressed with darker pads) to rational ones, where the perception of time is totally dilated.
In contrast with the slow tempo perception every track is also driven by rave fasty beats.

The sound of knarzy, producer and live performer based in Bologna, Italy, embraces every shape of the rave culture, blending the dance-floor in so many confusing and different ways. The artist’s first EP called MVMNT EP was released in 2020 under the independent label Timeless Records and was a mixture of different dance-floor styles from the most brutal acid house to the chillest house.
