Hailing from Valencia and active since the early '90s, DJ and selector Teo has been a quiet force in Spain’s underground electronic scene. His journey began in record shops and evolved through residencies, festivals, and legendary club nights at venues like Barraca, Chocolate, ACTV, and Puzzle. With appearances at events such as Revelation and Happy Mondays, he helped shape the sound of a generation. Known for his deep, genre-defying sets and a lifelong dedication to electronic music culture, Teo is a veteran who brings decades of experience and a singular perspective shaped by the dancefloor. On this occasion, he  delivers a special DJ set crafted entirely from our label’s catalogue. Enjoy it!

Sergey Timoshov is a central figure in Moscow’s electronic music scene. As curator of the iconic Warehouse Fridays at Propaganda and manager of its label, he played a key role in shaping the city’s techno culture and supporting a new generation of artists. His DJ sets are known for their depth, drawing from techno, electro, UK bass, and cold wave to create immersive, emotionally charged soundscapes. Now focused on education and preservation, Sergey runs the YouTube channel Electro to the Masses, where he shares insights on vinyl, vintage synths, and the evolution of electronic music. Enjoy it!

Mechatronicast number 27 comes courtesy of Strasbourg's finest: @itako.

Itako has been exploring all corners of electronic music and as a DJ and producer he captures a certain adventurous, all killer-no filler attitude & sound in his productions and DJ sets that make them distinctively him. Playing with both trends and nøn-trends, in his mixes and through the evolution of his releases as well, he serves masterful concoctions of chugging acid, psychedelic industrial, breaks heavy bass music and trippy techno. The quality and range of his output is undeniable seeing his releases on labels as Sonic Groove, Lone Romantic, Reach Another System, Samo and Samet. He is based in Strasbourg where he is a resident at club Karmen Camina, one of European nightlife's hidden gems. The mix he recorded for us is an excerpt of one of these booming nights at Karmen Camina; 1,5 hours of trippy, underground goodness for the heads.
