Having listened to that infamous interview that Andrew did I thought it would be good to do something with the interview. Opting to keep the track stripped back with a dark undercurrent running through its entire length and a pompous violin interlude that announces changes within the arrangement. Not a serious track by any means just me having a bit of fun

Reasons To Care

For over thirty years MOSSSIDEDEEP has enjoyed music, be it made with instruments or a vocalist on there own or in harmony with others. 
Whilst MOSSSIDEDEEP has a wide musical taste his main love is techno & house.
Having heard Cybotrons Clear when he was just a wee lad he later began to seek new music and his passion and obsession grew from there.
Whilst growing up he heard all styles of music. 
It was in the late eighties he began the journey he still enjoys today. 
Having started seriously collecting music 25 years ago he began to learn the art of producing music six years later using old analogue synths, drum machines, groove boxes & a sampler along with an old mixer that crackled a lot . He soon discovered what fun it was producing music whether it was on his own or with his like minded close friends. Around 14 years ago he bought his first set of decks, they were cdj's. This made sense having accumulated a good collection of Cd's and having played around on his friends cdj's, it was the logical choice to make.
Having been introduced to the most humble man he knows around 15 years ago he was  quite taken aback and was some what in ore of the magician's skills on the 1200's. He later ditched the cdj's and invested in his own 1200's.
Since that time he has continually strived to hone his skills and has become more proficient in his craft. Along the way he soon learned that mixing with vinyl was completely different to cdj's.
He has made friends for life along his musical journey whom also share his passion for good quality underground music.
These friends along with his wife & children  inspire him to keep his dream alive. 
MOSSSIDEDEEP considered himself to be privileged to have heard DJ's from all four corners of the globe. To be personal friends with some of whom he considers to be on top of their game who are in the DJ/Producers/Promoters/Club business means he is living his dream. 
These friends along with his wife & children inspire him to continue to strive to improve his chosen craft.

MOSSSIDEDEEP uses a Mac these days to make music with midi hardware and as a DJ he uses both time coded vinyl & vinyl. He still collaborates with his friends on new projects & loves his regular b2b deck sessions with them to.

MOSSSIDEDEEP still likes to go out on occasion to dark and sweaty clubs with a preference for basements & old warehouses.

More regular mixes are on the horizon along with some new productions that are getting closer to completion.
