❖ About Psynetyk ❖

Psynetyk is the aural embodiment of Tijuanense Paul Palomera, hailing from the Mexican lands of Baja California.

The project compels sonic dwellers to an immersive construct of dark chaotic scapes, desolate atmospheres and fiercely explosive articulations, powered by exuberant basslines and a hefty dose of experimentation at high speeds.

Drawn to psytrance music since his first rave in 2005 and with influences from Kindzadza, Furious, CPC, Paracense, Kasatka, Calyptratus, Yaminahua, Tegmentum, Cosmo, and Orestis, Paul started producing a year later and formed Psynetyk, as well as 2 side projects, War Dogs and Kitcio.

Psynetyk lists countless releases over the years with his debut album, The true inner workings, published in 2020 on Blackout Records, followed by Kitcio album the same year , and his EP, The Psynetyk module in 2021. He has performed all over Mexico and Guatemala.

Psynetyk joined DarkWeb Records mid-2021and due to release his album Justifying Existence on the label.
