Regal’s genre-bending sound has been capturing the hearts and minds of ravers and industry heads since 2012. His staunch productions have garnered support from techno’s well-established vanguard, including noted collaborations, projects and remixes with Amelie Lens, Hadone, Nina Kraviz, Ellen Allien, Emmanuel Top and Len Faki. Regal’s sound graces clubland with full-throttle impact – whether at the legendary Berghain, Awakenings, Possession or his residency at Khidi in Tibilisi. Alongside his own productions, Regal’s imprint Involve has become established for delivering sharpened 303 infused acid sounds. The imprint has welcomed artists including Boston 168, FJAAK and Alignment and is now also the home for his debut album this June.

“The concept has changed a few times over the past few years” says Regal. The focus was to make an album that tells the story of his personal struggles and self-discovery, a dark insight into the DJ’s life, influenced mainly by Dante Alighieri’s ‘Divine Comedy’, where Dante has to cross all the layers of hell and purgatory to arrive in paradise.

‘Dungeon Master’ emits a seemingly demonic presence as warping synths intertwine with staggered kick drums and lasering sound effects.

T Sessions 25 sees the second of the 3 planned remixed releases on our label by High Frequency from France. The EP opens with the original track Hard At Work by the man from Reims, a hard hitting old school banger, dirty and loud as they come, which we are sure will fill dancefloors around the World for some time to come! First on remix duties, we have label boss Maxx Rossi, with his warehouse remix, a hard techno pounder with big attitude, straight to the point, as he usually does. Following, we welcome on the label the gifted DJ and producer Tawa Girl, who has been making a lot of noise over the years with her great productions. Her remix is not different from her past output, a no-prisoner number, hard and though hardgroove from France. To finish off, Trypod gives us his more stripped interpretation, with his minimal yet hard take on the original track. If these four tracks won't make you dance, we don't know what will!

Not all too long ago, Berlin-based techno talent Setaoc Mass struck out on a new venture of introducing new artists to his SK11 imprint by launching the SK11X series. Now on its third release, the label welcomes Belgian protogé Border One. Taken from his new 4-track EP, the title track Restless is pure heads down techno goodness. Simple and minimalistic drums with a pitch-changing trippy bell sound create a hypnotic and groovy record for those late-night clubbing or warehouse nights. Border One's Restless EP will be released on March 28th.
