In 2008 two friends, João Correia and João Maio, after discover they like the same musical styles, and they decide try produce something. And then "born" two tracks, "No Mê Do Mate" and "Master of Syrus". Initially they had made it for trick, but it had an impact, that they had never imagined, although to be still an amateur production, with João Correia produce the tracks, and João Maio write and sing. And that impact give to they strength to continue produce, and they make more few tracks.
After this, the MountainBoyzKrew had started to give the first concerts for the group of friends and already for some staff who started to be fan. In 2009 a new member come, João Castanheira, also to sing.
In the middle of 2009,MountainBoyzKrew start to produce, they first album "Mundo Loco", and was finished one year later.
Their influents are psy-trance, breakbeat, dustep, big beat, drum'n'bass.
MountainBoyzKrew also have played with Macacos do Chinês and Buraka Som Sistema.
