The Success Path is Not a Secret

There is a huge gap between pain relief and returning to an active life.  Once you learn the bridge between the two it is much easier to cross over to a long term, pain-free active life. 

The medical and alternative health care systems focuses 100% of their efforts into pain relief including drugs, surgeries, and pain relief therapies.  

The reason pain even exists is from an alignment problem, misuse, or disuse of the body.  Therefore, even the best medical treatment or procedure on the planet will only give you a longer amount of temporary relief.

Today I will passionately help you understand how to bridge the gap and move your ass past pain relief, and back to an active and amazing life.

The Missing Piece:  What the Medical System Doesn't See

Andrew & I discuss our thoughts on orthotics, shoes, heel lifts, and what it has to to the back and hip!  

Throughout 16 years of being in this profession I've been exposed to just about every product out there, and have actively sought to find alternatives.  

Where do I stand, today?  For long term health, I don't recommend any thing other than barefoot shoes.  No orthotics, no lifts, no shape-u shoes, nada!

The human is designed to have his barefoot connected to the earth.

I also understand that everything is a process.  If you are flat footed, wear orthotics and massively cushioned and supportive shoes, you can not just slap on some barefoot shoes and you are good to go.  No.  

Your feet muscles have been asleep for years and years and making a drastic change would result in foot, knee, or back pain.  

I would estimate that a transition like that would take 1-2 years, but what the hell else are you going to do?

Arm pain and arm numbness is common, and is broken down like this...

Symptoms- arm pain
Root- front or back of neck, shoulder, or pec (top 4)
Cause- poor breathing technique and posture

Most people just try to attack the root, but then fail to even find THAT!
