01 Jamie Bissmire Cranks The Dial In The Latest Mastertraxx Underground Techno Podcast

Hailing from Lisbon, Portugal, A.PAUL is one of the most prolific and talented techno artists in the world. With over two decades of experience both as dj and producer, he is today a reference in electronic music, being techno his true passion. He was voted best Portuguese DJ of this style, for several years, and his unique sound, taste, and technique, granted him a position on some of the best mega events like Awakenings (Holland), Evolve (Canada), Nature One (Germany), Rock in Rio (Portugal), Syndicate (Germany), Ruhr-in-Love (Germany), Tecnolandia (Portugal), Aquasella (Spain), Liberty White (Belgium), Decibel (Holland) and clubs like Tresor (Germany), Fabrik (Spain), Row 14 (Spain), Moog (Spain), Panama (Holland), Makumba (Spain), Poema (Holland), U60311 (Germany), Inox (France), Locomia (Portugal), Rocks (Portugal), Kremlin (Portugal), Pacha (Portugal) and many many more.

His first record came out in 1995, followed by the creation of his two most remarkable projects from the 90’s, Squeeze Records and Onh.Cet Records, where he released his next EP’s. Later, In 2005, he started his new label Naked Lunch Records, a true bold project, featuring the best techno artists from the planet, with amazing feedback from DJs and fans. 2012 sees the relaunch of Onh.Cet, joining his other projects Parallel 125, Dirty Ego, The Light e Xtractz. Was also co-founder of MPC Distribution with Cisco Ferreira (The Advent) and Michaelangelo.

A.Paul has released over 100 vinyl records, several mixed CD compilations released in labels like: Kombination Research, Synewave, Planet Rhythm, Italo Business, Pure Sonik, Theory, Mastertraxx, Beat Disaster, Yin Yang, Impact Mechanics, and has remixed artists such as The Advent, Ben Sims, Eric Sneo, Angel Alanis, Orlando Voorn, Damon Wild, DJ T-1000, Virgil Enzinger, Robert Armani, Dave The Drummer, DJ Preach, Mike Humphries, Spiros Kaloumenos, Torsten Kanzler, Bas Mooy, Housemaster Boyz and many more.

Anfang 2013 gründete Michael sein eigenes Label - MONOTON:audio.


Since years now the Fusion Club Resident Michael Kruck inspires with his definition of techno the fusion mainfloor. With his deep and straight forward mixture of sound he got attention in the last year again, primarily because of his releases on international well known labels like Naked Lunch, Blind Spot, De-Konstrukt or Elektrax Music. In the beginning of 2013 Michael founds his own Label - MONOTON:audio.

Bio :

Lars Huismann est né à Berlin en 1987. Il débute ses premières expériences musicales dans des groupes funk, puis élargit ensuite son univers en passant aussi bien du jazz au métal. 
Ces différentes expériences lui permettent au fil des années d’acquérir une certaines ouverture d’esprit à différents styles, et de pouvoir les mettre au service d’une nouvelle forme d’art. 
C’est il y a maintenant 8 ans qu’il se lance dans la production de musiques électroniques, avec un penchant indéniable envers la Techno de Détroit. 
Son label LHR voit le jour en Janvier 2015, et se veut acteur de la Techno profonde et de warehouse. Le premier EP du label a vu sa sortie accompagnée d’une soirée de lancement au Tresor Club de Berlin. 
Son projet est un voyage dans la musique Techno et industrielle, u travers d’un cadre atmosphérique et puissant.

As some amongst us push harder to draw lines, build walls, and separate us from one another, it remains one of the utmost import goals of musicians and curators to push back even harder in order to bring us back together. For this reason we are determined to keep a global perspective when it comes to our curation, with our previous mixes ranging from Glasgow to Brisbane. We now present an exemplification of the rich creative talent that emanates from the south with this hour of time-melting atmosphere compiled by Italian artist Kaelan aka Nico Campanella. With releases on renowned techno imprints such as Construct Re-form, CLFT, Subosc and Monnom Black, we are humbled and inspired to showcase the other side of his distinct sound.

003 - Unrushed by Kaelan

Advanced Human (aka DJ Hi-Shock) was first inspired by the early electronic sounds of Detroit and Chicago, along with nascent German Techno and the underground bleeps of Belgian New Beat.

He struck out on his own versatile music career in 1992 as DJ Hi-Shock and has since featured at every major event in the Sydney Rave and Underground Techno scene throughout the 90’s. Ever since — always striving to perfect his skills — he’s taken both vinyl-spinning and production work to the highest level.

In recent years he has developed and helms the wildly successful Elektrax Music label group (which includes known and respected techno labels Gynoid Audio, Counter Pulse, Translucent, Android Muziq, Hypnotic Room, AcidWorx, Achromatiq, Darknet, and of course Elektrax Recordings).

He has released his own productions through labels like Gynoid Audio, Synewave, Planet Rhythm, Affin, Dynamic Reflection, Counter Pulse, and many others, along the way being charted and played by Adam Beyer, Joan Atkins, Tommy Four Seven, DJ Deep, Slam, Rolando, Luke Slater, Chris Liebing, Damon Wild and Dave Clarke amongst others.

On top of these inroads, Advanced Human has remixed the likes of Mark Broom, Truncate, Ken Ishii, Mattias Fridell, Gayle San, or Ade Fenton, and furthermore performed alongside a wad of ultimate DJ/producers like Sven Väth, Kevin Saunderson, Audio Injection, Oliver Lieb, Thomas P. Heckmann, Marcel Fengler, Mary Velo, Jammin’ Unit, Jonas Kopp, and many more over the years.

In the past couple years he has started putting on successful label nights in Sydney, and also regularly played gigs in Melbourne, with more recent international bookings taking him to DJ at places such as Seco, Origami, Dommune in Tokyo, Circus in Osaka, Swallowtail in Kyoto, Emergence parties in New Zealand, and Vurt in Seoul.

Currently his trademark sound is based on exploring the uncharted terrains of Deep/Gritty Techno, that is rich with Dub chords and crunchy atmospheres surrounded by cold, bleepy effects, intricate percussion and an intense drive aimed at the dance floor.
