Moody and hypnotic, Moxyblossom is the shifting sand beneath the rising and the falling tide. One half Evelyn Cormier, and one half Jacob Snider, the duo met on American Idol in 2019, and a spontaneous message during the pandemic turned into a bi-coastal FaceTime session between LA and the coast of Maine. In two hours, “I’d Rather Be The Moon” had taken form, with dueling, emotive vocals floating over single piano strokes and a bed of plucked strings: Moxyblossom was born.
