Birmingham’s Fleur Shore joins Jamie Jones’ Hot Creations imprint for the very first time with ‘Bret (Heads Down)’, a dynamic two-track EP that further cements her reputation as one of electronic music’s standout rising voices. Tipped early as one of the scene’s brightest talents, and having established herself as a BBC Radio 1 favourite thanks to a standout Essential Mix and her own BBC R1 Residency, Fleur’s arrival on Hot Creations feels like a natural next step, building on her acclaimed 2024 debut on sister label Paradise and regular appearances at the brand’s globally-renowned events. 

A nod to the iconic Amsterdam venue BRET, the title track ‘Bret (Heads Down)’ is a heads-down, groove-forward roller engineered for big moments. Crisp drums and subtle bass movements carry the track through a trippy, late-hours atmosphere, focusing on stripped-back tension and dancefloor hypnosis. On the B-side, ‘You Don’t Understand’ keeps the energy simmering with an all-action blend of vibrant vocal samples, heavy-hitting percussion and woozy old-school organ stabs, balancing attitude with atmosphere in Fleur’s unmistakable UK-influenced style. 

The release lands as Fleur continues her ascent through the global house circuit, following high-profile releases on labels like Cecille, Edible, and her own Undergrowth imprint, plus a non-stop touring that’s seen her recently land at Kappa Futur to Jones’ own Paradise In The City in London. Hottrax introduces new name Sunodus as he unveils his debut EP, ‘Discoteca’. 
The Serbian-born, Dubai-based talent drops his first-ever release via Jamie Jones’ trusted imprint on 5th September 2025. 

Jamie Jones’ Hottrax imprint continues to champion breakthrough global talent, offering a platform for fresh voices across the spectrum of house and techno. The latest discovery comes in the form of Dubai-based artist Sunodus, a new name with a bold sound, making his production debut with his ‘Discoteca’ EP - a two-track statement that blends percussive energy, rich low-end textures, and vocal flair. 

Title track ‘Discoteca’ leads the charge with a weighty bassline and infectious Latin vocals, primed for peak-time moments and sweaty late-night dancefloors. In contrast, ‘Do It All Night’ lightens the tone, balancing skippy drums and bright percussion with a bubbling groove designed to soundtrack sunny terraces.

Manchester’s AJ Christou is back on Hot Creations with ‘Bang Bang’, his follow-up to 2023’s ‘Babaloop’ EP, and it’s a release that reinforces why he’s been in such high demand over recent years. With two original cuts and a charged remix from Italian duo ItaloBros, the package captures the depth, drive, and distinct groove that have defined AJ’s rise. Following up on his debut appearance on sister imprint Paradise Music last year alongside A-Trak, this latest release sees him step further into the spotlight on Jamie Jones’ flagship label. 

Title track ‘Bang Bang’ leads with crisp percussion, slinky grooves, and a hook that’s been igniting AJ’s sets worldwide. “‘Bang Bang has been a staple in my sets for well over a year. Happy to finally share it with the world,” he explains. On the flip, ‘EM District’ brings a deeper, hypnotic energy with trippy textures and rolling swing designed for locked-in late-night moments. Closing things out, ItaloBros mark their own return to the label and step in to rework the title track, turning the original into a hard-grooving, club-ready bomb that perfectly balances intensity with playful energy.

“reaching any top 10 chart doesn’t interest me nor is it the purpose of this label,
I feel there is a big shift at the moment with too much generic tech house being put out on the market,Too much music is sounding the same & there seems to be a distinct lack of Depth in music aimed at the Dance floor, i want to show with this label that underground music can still be for the dance floor, it doesnt have to be Generic.

The first release on the label is the EP ‘Dance of the Shaman’ by Darius Himself
a Hypnotic track that has an unorthodox method of using an organ as the main baseline, it’s a turbo charged left field house cut with rubbery bass running alongside slick driving drums. The infectious groove is full of late night soul and chords stabs & is littered with plenty of human emotions.

There are 3 remixes with Me Me Me label boss Man Power delivers a 13 min remix that has all the ingredients of becoming timeless classic for those that like quality deep house music that uses chords and keys to deliver a lush remix that would easily be one of the main tracks had this been on someones artist album. The legendary Doc Martin then strips things back further and layers in some steamy female vocals to his remix and East End Dubz delivers a remix that will have all the fans of the Romanian Techno sound frothing at the mouth.

So as the Label is launched, Darius is doing a series of parties across the uk & abroad to coincide with the Launch of the label, 
these are ALL going to be all night long or 6 hour sets, and to be ONLY held in CLUBS. as well as starting a Monthly residency at Joshua Brooks in Manchester.
the purpose of this is to take ‘CLUBBING BACK TO CLUBS’ and at the same time, play long extended sets

Having agreed to play a 6hr set at Joshua Brooks Manchester in June, the event sold out in under 24 hours off the back of Darius tweeting a ticket link, before any artwork or even an event page was created, such was demand their was another date added the following week which also sold out
The atmosphere was electric & this led Darius to plan on a residency in 2019

So 2019 is the year Darius takes things back to basics, sure he will be doing the big festival shows & continue the DO NOT SLEEP residency all over the world, which includes North, South America tours, as well as Asia / Asutralia & all over Europe
