My mix for the online streaming event Sola Luna-Samothraki 20 Year Reunion, commemorating the 20th anniversary of the legendary Greek party. This online event was dedicated to the memory of Olli Wisdom of Space Tribe, who had submitted his mix just a few days before he died suddenly on August 23, 2021. Olli was my greatest inspiration in the scene and so I was delighted to be invited to participate in this event, which included sets by Total Eclipse, X-Dream, Gabriel LeMar, Jean Borelli, James Monro, and other luminaries from the 90s. 

In preparing this mix, I opted for a 'new school' set in a throwback style, with some remixes of psy classics and newer productions that capture the harmonic depth and stylistic variety of the groundbreaking music of the 90s.

Finland based DJ Sarana closes this weeks show with a mind-bending, trance-floor blaster, so be prepared for some girl power! Enjoy!

TOMOCOMO [Panorama Records / Shamanarcy] JP
Tomocomo is a Japan based DJ and producer.
She started her DJ career in 2008. She spins various sound sources such as Goa Trance and Techno from the 90's to the present.

Her creations express the up-to-date sounds based on the old school Goa trance.
She plays at various places in Japan, and played in Belgium ’Dance for LIFE’ and Israel ’PsiloSiva’ overseas and, organizes the party called "Shamanarchy" in Japan with Goa trance band Jikooha.

Her tracks are included in compilation CDs released from "Goalogique Records", "Raja's Records", "Global Sect Music”, "Timewarp Records"  and  “SpaceWarp Records”. Her very first EP "Venus Dawn" was released from "Zion 604 Records" on June 2019.
She has been making her first full album for these years and it will be released in the near future.

DOMINO [SpaceWarp Records] CA
DJ Domino is the first trance female DJ to be recognized all over the world.
Her dynamic, energetic DJ style is filled with beautiful melodies which gets her into a trance dance herself while playing. She has an innate ability to create a mysterious atmosphere while bringing people together on the dance floor. 

In 1991, Domino decided to go and explore more of Europe and ended up in England as a dance performer for Eat Static at the famous Brixton Academy and other clubs. After performing a couple of times for Eat Static, Domino kept DJing and Mike Maguire gave her an incredible opportunity. 1995 was Domino's overseas DJ debut in England with Juno Reactor (Ben Watkins, Mike Maguire, and Paul Jackson).

Finnish Psytrance DJ Sarana has always had a passion for music since her childhood years. Her musical spectrum of taste has ranged from classical to metal before her journey into psychedelic trance.

Influenced by the sounds of Mad Tribe, Spirit Architects, Transient Disorder and Mono Sapiens to name just a few have significance in DJ Sarana’s soundscape exploration, taking her deeper down the rabbit hole of psychedelic trance.

DJ Saranas' ear for music and rhythm as a trained former dancer are two elements that are clearly evident, combined with her octane driven energy she transmits onto the trance-floor fully engaging with crowd!

Matsuri Digital now presents TOMOCOMO and the teaser mix of her debut album “Moon Awakening”. Tomocomo is a Japanese trance / ambient DJ and producer. Her trance creations express the up-to-date goa sounds based on old school goa trance.Her live performance with her original tracks tells a story into your mind. That comes from experiences through her own DJ style. And she also plays “retro goa trance DJ set” which is her origin and “new style goa trance DJ set” using various sources such as goa trance, techno based on old school from the 90's to the present. Her world view creates a path of sound by spinning tracks with a unique sensibility. It is full of unique grooves, depth and warmth. This mix was made as her special teaser set featuring her very 1st full album “Moon Awakening” for radiOzora. It includes all the tracks from the album and a track from the ep “Venus Dawn” which were released from Zion 604 Records. Every track unleashes a variety of colors and some make you dance hypnotically with techno loops and euphoric analog sounds. DJ Mozza is Momir Pandurov from Pancevo, Serbia.
He is co-founder of Chaotic Beats organization and label DJ at Transcape records (Serbia) and Global Sect Music (Russia). Also, he was part of Wicked Forest and Stara Skola, two organizations responsible for some of the biggest parties and festivals in Serbia.
His psychedelic journey started in 2004. when he performed for the first time  in his hometown. 
In February 2019 his debut compilation "Psychedelic Fever" was released on Transcape records featuring artists such as: Pleiadians/Etnica, Martian Arts, Ooblek (Black Noise), Djantrix, Middle Mode, Relativ, Makida, Sideform, Imaginarium, Manmachine, Galactic Explorers, Genesia, Neutron, Nerso & Protheus. Currently he is working on a goa trance compilation called "Wicked Forest" which will be released on Global Sect Music.
