MPH 4K Followers Mix

We bring you MPH's debut Southpoint EP, 'Subliminal'. As a producer, MPH holds an incredibly versatile arsenal of production techniques, being able to flit at will between darker, more distorted bass originals and bubbling, groovy UK garage creations.

He kicks off this EP with the title track 'Subliminal', a perfect example of his UKG influences, combining a spacious and atmospheric introduction with a grizzly bass lead, topped with more euphoric pads and vocal lashings above. Next, 'M25' combines UK funky flavours with bass synthesizers as we are greeted by extremely rhythmic drum stutters and sharp bassline movements, perfect for causing a ruckus in the rave. The script then switches back on 'Afraid', a more minimal roller, focussing on steady build-ups and techy melodies, before Hamdi joins the party on 'Welcome', the perfect garage slap to round us off in style. We couldn't be happier to have MPH as a certified part of the collective, and these new creations showcase exactly why that is.
