Two brothers, surname Summers. London rap duo Summers Sons recently dropped their fifth album “Still Nothing Still”. Now they surprise their audience with a fresh take on “Fidget” for “Still Nothing Still” Deluxe edition, inviting London based producer Mayan for a D&B Remix.

“Still Nothing Still” is out on LP and digital and accompanied by a dope short film by Seb Luke-Virgo.

Since 2018 Summers Sons have released four albums (“Undertones”, “Uhuru”, “The Rain”, “Nostalgia” - which accumulated over 45 million streams to date) and a string of high profile collaborations with artists like The Silhouettes Project, Nix Northwest, Frankie Stew & Harvey Gunn, Twit One and C.Tappin. Waywell’s deeply soothing guitar riffs combined with LESKY’s crisp production make for a perfect blend of cosmic lofi and subtle yacht rock vibe. LESKY, born in Leipzig, moved to Georgia in early 2021 to pursue music full-time. Creating his own soundscape fusing mellow neo soul keys, trap infused beats and samples flipped beyond recognition, LESKY has garnered widespread acclaim, securing his place as a regular in the biggest editorials of the lofi phenomenon. He has released five EPs and full-length album “Meraki” on Melting Pot Music, as well as several projects on renowned labels like Blue Note Records/Astralwerks and Lofi Girl. Waywell has been self-releasing singles and EPs since 2017.

One night he meets Francesco Giampaoli, a seasoned jazz & world musician at a bar on Bas-sona beach. The two had worked on music before and Koralle visits Francesco the next day at his studio which is stuffed with analogue gear and instruments. He stops by every single day for the next weeks and the duo creates some incredible strange music that we are happy to share with you over the next months. “Sono Qui” is the first single.

I Need

All Ears is one we recorded some years back, but due to the sad loss of a Samsung hard drive the data was thought to be lost before the song could ever be released. Fortunately, the final recording were found in 2024, and the song has been remastered and is here to be shared with you all.

All Ears came about as Wizard was putting out a series of beat tapes and sharing amongst friends and collaborators. After hearing a particular instrumental, Gadget (known as "the hook guy" at the time) freestyled the chorus and began to build on it. After getting Wizard's blessing, he wrote a verse and reached out his regular collaborators Joey Gzus (aka Benji B / Joe Gutta) & ReggiiMental to join him with additional verses.

Keeping up with Wizard's soulful production, it was a no brainer to create something on a personal tip that many could relate to. So the song was based on a relationship type theme, as the three lyricists dedicated their verses to their partners at that time, and that was that!!
