Funky New Orleans style Jingle Bells featuring a jazz organ providing the melody.

Bitter Day has a repetitive guitar and tabla line that keeps the song's edge while hits and melodies from the other instruments provide the intensity. The song builds up to some timpani rolls and climaxes into a rock beat with interesting dark synthesizers and deep horns. 

The track has been used in an award winning short film about the ancient Battle of Thermopylae - Blood of a King, a documentary about a modern day Viking group - To Go Viking, various web videos, educational videos and can be heard as background music on many episodes of the TV show Chopped on the Food Network.

Bitter Day

Remix of Herb Alpert's Sleigh Ride with creepy Frosty the Snowman thrown in the mix.  Gets pretty funky toward the middle.

Parts of this track resemble background music that would be heard on the show Intervention.  It has several slow builds with a drone sound throughout.   With piano and guitar echo effects it builds to a marimba motive.

Chill dark sounding track with a Miles Davis spacious vibe to it.  Kinda has a sneaky groove also.  Features a trumpet with wah-wah and electric piano, vibes, and organ to back it up.

Sneaky Styles

In the flavor of Herbie Hancock's Watermelon Man and Cantaloupe Island this soul jazz tune brings back that old school sound with a touch of organ.  Simple, bluesy and a touch of latin.  Also has some elements of Yound-Holt Unlimited, Jimmy Smith and Eddie Harris.  

Blackberry Boy

Blaxploitation vibe in the flavor or Shaft, Dolemite, Coffy, and Superfly.  Kinda has Bond thing going in one part.  Funky wah-wah with some vibes, horns, strings, clav, hi-hat, and percussion.
