Mr. Buzz was a local Los Angeles DJ in the early 90's. A big dude that was hard too miss. Usually hanging out by the DJ booth with a big smile and a policeman's hat with "Acid Hits" written in chrome on it. He passed out mixtapes featuring techno, acid house, and hip house at the Underground parties. To many... these tapes were the first pieces of the underground that we were actually able to take home with us during a groundbreaking period of dance music and parties in Los Angeles. He would put his phone number on the tapes and people would call and leave messages about the parties. As the tapes became popular he would start to make longer tapes that he would edit into an epic mix he would call a "Mega Mix". These are his mixes. 1991-1993.
