Magic Jams is a new project by Berlin-based artist https://soundcloud.com/noema , created to share his love of Balearic Beat and Cosmic Disco with the world. For his sets, the iconic DJ, producer and music collector leaves no stone unturned to find the most magnificent gems from now and then. Through his profound knowledge and taste, Magic Jams combines outstanding music with breathtaking soundtracks for your next ride into the sunset.
Bringing The jams since 1997, you will catch him regularly DJing his legendary all-night-long sets or at his studio, writing songs, playing multiple instruments and crafting unheard sounds for his unique music productions.

Smashed Atoms & Kathy Diamond make a most welcome return to the Hot Digits stable with a tasty two-part tray bake of special remix treatment applied to their 2020 hit ‘Lifted’. 

For Part 1, we kick off with the Smashed Atoms Remaster - a 115bpm tickle under the arm pits which immediately reminds us of Ms Diamond’s supreme vocal talents (as if we needed reminding!) The voice and the arrangement blend perfectly with the confident synth stabs and chords, gorgeously timed beats and solid bassline. 

Next up is the Sauco Remix. Sauco applies a hypnotic brush here – the vocal is notably more haunting in his kitchen. The ethereal start quickly builds into a delightfully melodic, classic late-night tales acid groover. Summer ain’t over yet, folks! 

Closing things out for Part 1 is the “Fingerman and Chewy Rubs Club Dub”. As you’d expect from this pair of mischief makers, things get taken up several notches with a bouncy, sassy prime-time rump shaker which teases your brain with acid loops and lashings of swirls and sweeps.

Lovebirds are regarded for their colourful 70s and 80s inspired productions, making the perfect addition to the jazz, funk, soul and disco of the Glitterbox record collection with previous outing ‘Burn It Down’. Now they unveil the powerful funk-and-groove-laden ‘Shut The Lights Out’, featuring London-based singer-songwriter NILE, an artist who has accompanied the likes of Jessie Ware, Kylie Minogue and Olly Alexander. Together the artists create throwback magic, with an arrestingly funky beat bolstered by bold disco instrumentation, dreamlike synth work and NILE’s motivational spoken word.
