Returning to the European electronic music capital once more for its annual gathering, Mango Alley celebrates another Amsterdam Dance Event with the 8th incarnation of its exclusive compilation. A creative aesthetic blossoms in a city renowned for its artistic heritage where an intricate tapestry of art and music blends into a glorious collective assembly. From Grachtengordel to De Wallen and Prinsenelland to Jordaan, a global gathering of artists reunite and forge new friendships under dance music's all-inclusive banner.

Through 22 tracks of innovation and passion, a wonderful world of unity creates a dynamic point of view and a new golden age of art. Thumping beats and shimmering melodies bounce off cobbled streets and historic facades while a network of canals tell their own history in a city imbued with music old and new. Along the Damrak, a kaleidoscopic array or clubs vie for attention in a mesmerising display of sonic brilliance. Moving towards the stars and an inky black night sky, temporary feelings of tension and worry are unburdened in the Amsterdam nightlife, evaporating into the ether on the rising refrains of low-end vibrancy and rippling musical waves. Rising up and from somewhere else converged as one in Amsterdam.

The heavy drums jostle for your attention as the chord vamps twist and turn, ramping up the pressure as they go and building towards a dramatic breakdown. It locks you in the moment before setting off again on more tightly woven drums and synths. The Sasha Daydream Mix is a more blissed-out and late-night rework with shakers, floating drums and deft synth lines drifting about up top to soothing and atmospheric effect.
