Is certainly not a mystery that Ridge Racer Type 4 helped to shape my music style in some way; without that game, there wouldn't be any RoBKTA AT ALL.

Despite all though, I don't think I have ever been able to give its soundtrack proper justice remixing it... It took me various years but I am finally happy to share this song with all of you. Possibly one of my absolute favorites of all the soundtrack.

This version is possibly the best testament I could give to the best ever racing game soundtrack (to me at least) and I hope you'll all enjoy listening to it as much as I did working on it! 🏎️

"SEEK your SOUND" is the first full-length collaboration project from 2 Mello & MILLION SUNDAY, and for both of us, it is our first time collaborating with another producer as well. It has been in the works on and off since 2021 (!) and we're very excited to share it with you all.

We sketched out the album by submitting 3 works-in-progress each, and figuring out how to finish them together. We wanted the album to have the fun spirit of throwing some art together in a weekend, where no ideas are off the table and rough things are worth keeping to polish. Apparently for us, that's something weird, funny and frequently dark and mysterious.

"SEEK your SOUND" is not just the name of this EP, but a directive to all listeners who themselves make music or want to make it--and even a goal for ourselves as we worked on it. It's about finding things in music that fire you up and make you want to keep exploring, about honing your skills to the point where you look back on your last project and have new feedback for your past self. Every musician has a way that they can best express themselves; it's a matter of finding the method, the right sounds and a way to hold onto it through the times when no one's listening yet.
