Playground is releasing a very special compilation to celebrate nine years of life. A musical journey shared with dear friends, which expresses the living history of the label from its origins to the present. From the first illegal raves in Buenos Aires, to becoming an international artist's platform based in Barcelona. A long process of learning, growth and consolidation have passed. Nowadays, with an extensive catalog of more than 40 references Playground has a solid story to tell, always selecting an eclectic criterion and betting on diversity. Each launch reaffirms the commitment with an aesthetic freedom beyond any label.

The ‘9 Years Compilation’ faithfully expresses our history, but above all our present, always with an eye looking to the future. 15 new original tracks carefully chosen to create a polychromatic musical adventure, with diverse nuances and intensities. From downtempo songs to listen at home, through music inspired by the new wave, the creative force of the jungle, the power of organic elements and psychedelic experimentation to the most convincing music for the club.

Hercules & Love Affair frontman Andy Butler resurrects his revered debut solo EP, reworked by Dan Beaumont & Luke Solomon, Arttu and The Carry Nation.

Originally released on Butler’s own Mr Intl imprint earlier this year, the impassioned vocals of rising NYC star Richard Kennedy are infused with grandiose charm in this unique new alchemic explosion. “I'm happy to share these dubbed out interpretations by some admired DJs & friends,’ says Butler. “Arttu, one of my favourite producers who walks the line between house & techno delivers a tough, signature techno funk sound. Dan Beaumont and Luke Solomon are two UK champs that bring out the disco. Rounding out the package are reigning royalty in NYC clubland and good friends of myself and vocalist/cowriter Richard Kennedy - The Carry Nation who give a DJ Pierre style interpretation. Enjoy.”

Perched on a crossroads, Pin Up Club approaches electronic music with a magpie’s nature. A spread of styles has been picked, plucked and plundered to make ‘Friends Of The Vortex’. The title piece snaps with clean beats as Blade Runner bars build with an energy that can only be described as palpable. Latin percussion and samples get the groove going for ‘Children Of The Void’. Flirting, the tone twirls and turns. Keys are big and full bodied, balanced perfectly by the crack of a snare. ‘Out Of The Unknown’ closes. A slow burning piece brimming with brooding cinematic shapes and strings, a work that shows the colder edge of this dutch duo. Quality through and through.

These were his very words. ""It is Hugh time! Hugh time, ????!"" 
Meanwhile, the Serbian prince, the beloved K.F.Ingram was assassinated by some rexers in Belgrade.

However, now as she stood beneath the towering concrete of a fabulous stadium she began to wonder whether she really was the flexible girl and the dancer all those people thought her to be... It was a tall order. 

Pedro Vian is set to release a new album on his own Modern Obscure Music, the Barcelona based producer has a fierce reputation for producing high class electronic music with an individual twist. The package comes with formidable remixes, one of which is from Cardopusher.

Warmest Support Alliance compilation shaped quite instinctively during the thrilling period of the lockdown. The need to support others as well as ourselves kicked in pretty quickly, thus, ten independent tracks by various producers were carefully crafted and will be presented under the Ledotmat Musique label on the 14th of September. 

Among the artists as Stavaris, John Patter, Phun Thomas, and a few more,  brainwasher Koneliūnas appeared with the debut release.
