I really want to play around more with weirdcore on the whole though at the same time, so it'll likely be a huge challenge moving away from ambience with it and trying to incorporate it into what I know with EDM thus far.

But, I've seen many talented artists do it, so it's gotta be possible.

So recently I saw a video on the sounds captured of the planets/moons of the solar system and noticed pretty much right away a good few had some potential as liminal/weirdcore/just plain eerie samples xD

This one uses the sounds from Metis, the closest moon to Jupiter.

Synthwave is always gonna have a special place with me; the music that made me even decide music was what I wanted to do and play with sound myself aaaaallllll those years ago was early synthwave stuff (Com Truise, Groundislava, the whole Hotline Miami soundtrack)
