House Arrest Set – 20/12/25

🎧 deep house | funky house | tech house 🎧

I’ve played since 2008, on vinyl and digitally.  

My first foray into djing was the world of trance and hardhouse, influenced by the top-drawer DJs I saw at Wellington and London raves in the mid 2000s.  But I always loved funky house, influenced by the MOS and Hedkandi-type compilations of late 90s to mid 2000s.    

Dunedin was my training ground, where 7+ hour sets, 2-3 times a week, was the norm.  I also played sets in Christchurch, Wellington and Takaka, hosted radio shows, and hardhouse parties.

In 2021, we moved from Wellington to Pahiatua.
I have a residency at Teacher Teacher in Palmerston North, and I run ‘House Arrest' gigs in Pahiatua.  

I’ve been learning Ableton and working on some remixes and originals. 

Dance music is my life force and will always be an integral part of me ❤️
