EgoStroke is a representative Debut Album portraying the cycle of romance. It embodies principles that often are executed including manipulation, self imaging, love, regret, and inevitable repetition. The journey extends down the paths of the "Meeting" (Tracks 2-4), "First Encounter" (Tracks 5-7), "Question of Love" (Tracks 8-10), "Cold Shoulder" (Tracks 11-12) , and of course "Repeat' (Tracks 13-14). Perspective is certainly a big role in this project. Because of this, differently colored features are included to give a panoramic view that anyone who's ever been involved in a romantic relationship (in any capacity) can surely relate. Vincent "AlterEgo" Causey is an independent Recording Artist from Fort Worth, TX. HIs passion in music and the recording arts stems from a long lineage of family musicians. He sang in his church choir during his youth and eventually formed a group with relatives and producers: Fleetwood Slim and Richie Branson. The group R2 Entertainment performed all over DFW. As the group matured and expanded, it went on to become Red Prodigy Productions. Red Prodigy has a variety of talented musicians who have produced Billboard Records, material for Sony, Adult Swim, and Universal Records. The name "AlterEgo" or the popularized abbrev "Ego" comes from Vincent's approach to music. He employs his education in Music Theory and Music History to combine urban life and sound with classical concepts and practices. He also Raps. The name also speaks to his many revolving approaches to love and romance through his music. Vincent has a wife, Alexandra and two sons Vincent and Justin.
