When i first heard this beat i was taken back to a better time in music where r&b was really soulful.. 

I started work on it straight away and was looking for the right feature... enter Cartz. i had been looking for the perfect song to feature him on and this just screamed his name.. i sent him the track and he had his verse done from me the next day (well impressed). 

I still felt like it needed a female vocal so i sent it to Ms Merrick and she just got the vibe from the jump.. 

The song tackles a lot of life experience and we all hope you can feel our pain
