For Week 1 of our 5 weeks of Pride colabs, we are in NYC with ON Top by the legendary Susanne Bartsch. First up, is boyyyish.

boyyyish is a Viet-Mexican club kid who has been a fixture in the New York nightlife scene for over a decade. His genre-bending sets span house, acid, rave, soulful house, Latin rhythms, and beyond.

Mentored by nightlife icons Christina Visca and Susanne Bartsch, boyyyish has supported legends like Danny Krivit, Todd Edwards, Jellybean Benitez, and Dimitri from Paris.

His personal projects reflect his commitment to community and identity: club boyyyish champions BIPOC and LGBTQ+ voices in techno, while Love Prism has become a staple in queer nightlife.

boyyyish’s musical range stretches from Brooklyn warehouses to Manhattan rooftops—merging garage, acid, techno, disco, and house with personal flair. His weekly radio show breakfast "with boyyyish" explores deep-cut 80s and 90s electronic gems and has become a cult favorite over five seasons.

A resident at Le Bain and House of Yes, he’s also lit up events for NYFW, Paper Magazine, and Helmut Lang. Internationally, he’s brought his sound to Berlin, Milan, Mexico City, Pavilion Festival, Bonnaroo, SXSW, and beyond.

This mix captures the essence of On Top—a wild, steamy, sexy, silly, cunty, queer Tuesday night in NYC. It’s a love letter to the party’s 15th season, and to Susanne Bartsch, the legend behind it all. We loved working with him to produce this mix and we're excited to share it with you all.

Didn't sit right with me to think that y'all wouldn't come to my page if you wanted some more chilled-out techno to listen to, so I decided to fix that and give you 1hr of more relaxed and sensual techno.

TECH CLUBBERS PODCAST W/ KYRUH

KYRUH is a impact specialist forced in the crucible of modern NYC's notable spaces, including WIRE, Dweller and Bossa Nova Civic Club. Their sound is that of a DJ skilled at pressure without requiring shortcuts through obvious terrain, adept at hammering it without defaulting to speed alone. Her live sets are raw, hypnotic, and dripping with sex appeal.
The bubbly Brooklyn DJ/producer is breaking techno's austere norms to facilitate communal therapy on the dancefloor, while still carving out a space for the grittier edges of sound. 
Emerging from the city's DIY scenes, KYRUH's regular performances at BASEMENT NYC has steadily built a reputation in a space engineered for intensity and sonic immersion, offering something rare: techno that doesn't overwhelm, but purgatively envelops.

DVS1 came up as a raver in the Midwest, throwing techno parties for over 20 years and getting up to mischief, often next to huge stacks of speakers that still influence him to this day. He is now well-established as a vital DJ and resident at Berghain and Panorama Bar. 

This mix is something special and a side of DVS1 normally not heard or recorded! A true digger and passionate record collector running the eclectic Mistress Recordings and the more pure techno label HUSH. Here he crosses into house territory for a special dekmantel mix. 

Of the podcast we have here, he says, “This mix is two hours of a four hour rare “house” set recorded LIVE in Sept 2017 at an undisclosed location. I make it a point not to release many mixes and while most people know and follow me for my techno sets, this mix is for those who dig a little deeper and appreciate it all… Enjoy!" There is still a real sense of pace to the mix as it glides effortlessly though flurries of percussion into vocal numbers, cosmic curveballs and piano laced anthems. It’s a fascinating insight into a whole other side of one of techno’s foremost talents.
