Jeder der Lust hat mit dabei zu sein der sollte sich das Set nicht nur einmal anhören.

"Wissenwertes" zum Wort &gt;Herbst&lt; ?!

Das Wort Herbst hat sprachgeschichtlich denselben Ursprung wie das englische Wort harvest "Ernte(zeit)", lat. carpere "pflücken" und griech. karpós "Frucht, Ertrag", ferner litauisch kirpti "schneiden", griechisch krōpíon "Sichel". Ursprünglich bedeutete das Wort Herbst also „Erntezeit“. Diese landwirtschaftliche Bedeutung blieb im Englischen erhalten, während sie sich im Deutschen zur allgemeinen Bezeichnung der Jahreszeit verschob. Im südwestdeutschen Sprachraum lebt die ursprüngliche Wortbedeutung als Dialekt- bzw. Fachausdruck für die (Wein)lese fort: diese Tätigkeit wird dort verbreitet mit "herbsten" bezeichnet.
