Tracks from OSCURO's album last year gained attention from BBC Introducing, Spotify Fresh Finds (and other playlists), The Line Of Best Fit, Discobelle, Earmilk, Audiomack and much more. His approach to music making has been described as ‘introspective musings in electronic form’. He has a talent for creating exquisite arrangements by mixing organic sounds with ethereal vocal and electronic glitch samples. Being based outside of the city has enabled Oscuro to retain an earth-grown quality to his music whilst retaining metallic and future sounding electronic-chill productions.

He first reached people’s ears in 2014 after winning a Beatport Play contest to remix Tears For Fears ‘Pale Shelter’. His effort topped the pole and was awarded its own release on Universal. A full debut album soon followed this success. 'Can't Stop Now' was championed by BBC Introducing whilst tracks from it garnered support online from the likes of THUMP, The Line Of Best Fit and many influential electronic channels such as Dynmk, EDM Network’s Chill, Eargasm, First Ear, Sir Chillilicious and Futurewave. Since then he has remixed the likes of Mirror Signal on Pegdoll Records and has released a three track EP on his own imprint Loop Point Records, all to critical acclaim online.
