Tangular is the psychedelic music project of Mrinal, originally from Bangalore, India. Having been exposed to a wide array of psytrance through underground gigs across various parts of South India and dark psychedelic trance festivals in Europe, the project Tangular was formed in 2018. The intention behind Tangular is to present a fresh take on contemporary psychedelic music through fast-paced melancholic psytrance. Fusing various forms of traditional and contemporary music with a particular affinity for metal, Tangular uses psychedelic trance to present an orchestral sonic experience allowing a listener to connect with unexplored parts of the self. Tangular has been deeply involved with Post-Modern Music, presenting several compilations that have featured musicians from across the world.

TANGENTS:
Tangents is the joint project of Shanta and Tangular, both curious sonic explorers with a vision to present a fresh hybrid style of psychedelic trance, the Post-Modern Music style, created through a delicate and eclectic blend of electronic and acoustic music forms. The project is conceptually derived from the geometric meaning of a tangent, a line through a pair of infinitely close points on the curve, and is representative of the intersection between our vision and expression.
