I discovered Ableton in January 2011 and started making music from around then..
I also use an iPad to make music sometimes solo or with Ableton.
Still very much a novice with no formal training and a lot to learn.
In time I will add various MPCs and controllers etc to my arsenal, but it is just a side hobby for me for now.
Most music I make is soulful house, disco sampled house and just very minimal chill out house.
