representing derry (ireland) the guys -  barry crumley, rajpaul crumley, bee mc cormick, marc mc laughlin, and alan mooney  -  started throwing parties in 2013 and had some top acts perform with/for them like horse meat disco, get down edits, craig smith, dicky trisco, rahaan, marcel vogel...and the list continues.

in 2015 they have started their label "queen & disco records" with the first record "The Royalty of Funk EP". the 4 tracker includes tracks by get down edits, ltj, alan mooney and queen & disco and gained big love from all around. also the artwork was well done and we still wonder if the person does exist in real?

SAMOSA FUNK returned to the MyHouse Radio airwaves on Monday 5th Feb 2021 with Episode 10 of their monthly residency for Black Light Disco. 

This is  another masterclass in world building and atmosphere creating from De Gama and @les Les Inferno, who are never, ever anything less than exceptional when they grace the BLD stage. 

For this one, we’ve played the old ‘switcheroo’ card - with De Gama taking the wheel for the first hour with an incredible slow builder, featuring a heavy chunk of new and upcoming releases on their Samosa Records label. These little tasters of what’s to come from arguably one of the best labels out there (in our humble opinion) drive us insane - we want them. We want to own them. The sneaky peaks tantalisingly tantalise. 

For the second half, Les Inferno is on a mission to bring us the finest grooves known to humanity. He knows them all. He owns them all. His Mind-Palace Rolodex works overtime, and the selections come thick and fast. Les Inferno owns us all, and he knows it. He knows we can’t help it. Les Inferno is here to capture you in his web of sonic threads. Funk it up. Right up.

Based in the beautiful and vibrant city of Madrid, Spanish DJ and Producer Extraordinaire - Rayko has been a leading light in the clubbing scene around Europe and beyond, since he founded his magnificent Rare Wiri label in 2008 where he has released some of the coolest names out there during all these years like Daniele Baldelli, Man Parrish, Gazeebo, Ilija Rudman, Ichisan, Spirit Catcher, Mushrooms Project, or Eric Duncan among many others

His very unique sound and personality, and incredible work ethic, coupled with  unstoppable creative genius have given Rayko the momentum and consistency to stack up a number of great achievements in his genres, although being such a humble and down to earth guy, he will tell you that he just loves what he does and is perpetually inspired to keep on doing it!

Many of these titles have been repeatedly featured in Top 10 sales charts, with some releases making it to the coveted number one position on platforms like Juno Download, Beatport, and Traxsource. His talents as a remixer have been in constant high demand, with invitations from coveted Artists like Psychemagik, Sirs, In Flagranti, Roberto Rodriguez, or Dj Rocca, to name a few, calling upon his exceptional skills.

In his capacity as DJ, Rayko is much loved wherever he goes.
