“Looking For The Sun” is the perfect complementary (digital only) release to PSY’AVIAH’s recent album “Lightflare”, expanding the artist’s quest for light and happiness in the desperate world of the blind we all live in. An accelerated new chapter taking a straighter approach and more direct critical view on our artificial society and its pseudo-heroes… With 3 brand new songs and plethora of club oriented remixes, the Belgian electronic act does not only give us food for thought but also manages to offer us a remix of tunes you can dance away your problems to.

On this new EP, female vocals are again placed in the spotlight like PSY’AVIAH already did it so well on past records, playing even more with multiple vocal layers and morphing them into rich harmonies and emotional melodies. Each voice being carefully selected to best fit the band’s characteristic style range hovering somewhere between synth pop / dark electro and trip-hop, taking here a heavier electronic trance disco-house turn through the various club-trance & club-house remixers who surround Yves Schelpe on “Looking For The Sun”.

Whilst the EP will be available through all digital platforms (e.g.: Spotify, iTunes, Deezer and more..) PSY’AVIAH’s staunch fanbase will be happy discovering the exclusive “fan-bonus-pack” only available through Bandcamp including not only 3 additional songs, but also an extended booklet with lyrics and a mini-essay, unique photos and a full remix kit for the new track “No More Heroes”…
