For the first time in my life, I can see all my mistakes and the lessons that came with them and now I'm able to truly love someone in a healthier and more honest way. This song is dedicated to my queen. Through my lows, through my highs you have been with me. You never judge. You simply wake up everyday and love me unconditionally and I wouldn't be the man I am today without you. Thank you.

"Proud of Me" is a conversation with my past—about the times I changed myself just to be accepted. This song is for anyone who’s ever questioned their worth, chased validation, or felt unseen while giving their all. Poured a lot into this. Lessons I had to learn the hard way. If you're reading this, just know you don’t need the world’s approval to be enough. Just be you.

Some days are gonna feel heavier than others. Like love has passed you by or you may never find it. This is a reminder that love isn’t something you chase. It’s something you become.
It's something that should feel still, safe. So, slow down. Come back to self.

Wrote this when my plans, my finances, my faith, everything was falling apart. I was doing everything I thought was right, and still ended up lost. This song is me processing in real time. 
It’s not perfect. Neither am I. But it’s honest. And I hope this helps you feel a little less alone if you're going through it too. Don't got a lot of followers but for those who find this, thanks for listening even if for a little bit.
