“Tickets of Contribution” are solely for the purpose of funding our event and enhancing the experience. Your contributions are greatly appreciated. Expect fire performers, stilt walkers, belly dancers, afro drummers, meditation room, fully stocked bar, a fully serviced yamaha sound system and LED light show. Any profits will be donated to the people of Turkey & Syria who have been affected by the recent earthquake disaster and the Haiti humanitarian crisis.

'Free tickets' are also available for those unable to contribute and still wish to attend or those affected by the cost of living crisis.

Festival hours: 16:00 – 23:00 (Sunset takes place at around 21:15)

The Location: The location is a beautiful setting of private land in the Malvern Hills. The full address will be announced on the day of the event on the Tribes of Beorma instagram page.

The venue for the festival is walking distance from a local train station(Malvern) which is accessible from most UK stations.

The official private pre party will be taking place on a secret rooftop in Birmingham city centre in May, 2023. The tickets for this event will be exclusive and limited to a selected few - to register your interest, please send your name, address and a passport style photograph to tribesofbeorma@outlook.com

Alcoholic drinks, Soft drinks and snacks will be available on site. Please bring sufficient carrier bags and collect all of your litter before you leave. Mother nature insists.

The Location: The location is an English heritage site of outstanding natural beauty in Worcestershire - St. Ann’s Well, on the Malvern Hills, WR14 4RF.

The purity of St Ann's Well in particular was well known in the 15th century as a curative for the 'many maladies suffered by medieval folk'.

For those wanting to emulate “his majesty” Haile Selassie, he stayed at the Abbey Hotel in Malvern in the 1930s during his exile from his homeland.

Ticket holders will be sent parking instructions and directions to the venue via email.

Vintage House Set: Pandora 2nd Birthday - 2014 - Arun Verone & Mr Limey

Rockstar

Mr Limey began his career as an MC in the late 90’s over House and Garage at the age of 14. He featured on various pirate radio stations in his home town of Birmingham, UK and was inspired by the likes of Silk City FM and tape packs like Garage Nation and Exposure. 

In the mid 00’s UK Funky rose to prominence as did Limey who became one of the top hosts for the city featuring at memorable events such as MyHouse, The Funky Revolution, Funky Underground & Urban Rewind hosting live sets for Supa D, Marcus Nasty, Continental GT, Champion & more. He also made a guest appearance on DJ Pioneer’s legendary Kiss FM show in 2010 alongside Egypt, Marc Ryder & Hardhouse Banton. 

In 2011 he crossed over to House & Bass creating club smasher Audio Erotique with Chris Lorenzo. This lead to regular bookings at Tom Zanetti’s Insomnia whilst also performing at GLAS, 02:31, 10:31 and more alongside the likes of Hannah Wants, Shadow Child, Marc Spence and Tom Shorterz. The DJ Q remix of his collaboration with Francois & Louis Benton received regular plays by B Traits on BBC Radio 1 and his project with Donkie Punch was signed to Low Steppa’s Simma Black record label.  

Another notable period was Limey’s contribution to the underground deep tech scene. He collaborated with Arun Verone on popular hit “Party On” and also hosted Lance Morgan’s critically acclaimed set at Pandora, it was arguably recorded at the peak of the scene and is still popular today with over 200,000 plays on soundcloud.

During 2020/Covid, Limey released his first ever album which was a collection of unreleased work he did with producers such as Chris Lorenzo, Cause & Effect, Francois, Nick Hannam, Arun Verone and Screama. He also launched LIMEZ FM LIVE which began as an online visual radio show and became an event management company when lockdown was over. During this time, Limey turned his hand to DJ'ing in addition to his vocal work specialising in playing all of the genres he had involvement with upto that point.

Whilst assembling his playlist for his Birthday Bash "promo mix" in 2022, he stumbled on "the Church" by Rampa released on Circoloco Records and Desiree's breakthrough record "Femme" which presented a deeper sound that a more mature Limey resonated with... 

What followed was further research into this emerging combination of afro and melodic house and techno, spearheaded by Berlin's Keinemusik. He then embarked on a trip to see them in Tulum in January 2023 in addition to attending Damian Lazarus's Day Zero festival. This inspired him to create Tribes of Beorma, a Tulum inspired intimate festival which has managed to share similar feelings with an English twist in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Tribes of Beorma has quickly become one of the best kept secrets in the UK and is rapidly growing in popularity.
