In the not-so-distant future of the year 2008, the world has crumbled to an outright dystopia.  Crime runs rampant.  Gangs control the streets and the government controls the honest man.  This song is about investigative journalist and racer Jeff Zurich.  While trying to find the truth behind an illegal street racing ring in his hyper-souped 1985 corvette, he winds up in a lot more trouble than he expected.
