Hedge Monkeys - North, East, West, South

I composed a dark downtempo track, between trap & bass music, very slow with lots of fx & sound design. I then recorded the voice of Ninka, who sing with her own language, some ritual & magic sentence, like a witch. the main chorus is deep & orchestral. i recorded my bansuri, indian flute, to make a dialogue with the vocal. This track is a bit experimental, strange but the main theme causes so much emotion, Ninka has a great voice, she had lots of concerts with her duo Ilham project

TETOUZE & NINKA The Witch Cave

A powerful evening ecstatic dance that included a co-created Ancestor Altar and an invocation to our dead loved ones, ancestors, and the spirits of the land we dance on. This ritual took place at Sundari Gardens on the Big Island of Hawaii.
