Effortlessly sweeping you into the astral, Katsiki entwines her compelling cosmic selections with Italo, Cosmic Disco, Indie-Dance, New Beat, Techno, Synth-Wave and infatuating rarities. She is a member of the Berlin-based label Wrong Era Records, a sub-label from Slow Motion Records and a dependable force within Berlin’s revered scene, which she now calls home. 

With regular slots at the formidable likes of Panorama bar, Renate, About Blank and KitKat Club, she is a strong figure within the nocturnal city and parties across the globe.

This mix is magnetically dark, sexy, full of shimmering synths. Last call and a perfect chance to catch the noir vibes 🌚 before some of us will jump into ugly sweaters and Christmas chants.

Cristian Zanotti is an Italian-born and Berlin-based dj. His first approach to music was through performing arts (long before discovering the dance floor). He started to play in the queer scene of Barcelona in the mid 2010s. Moving to Berlin was essential for him to discover more dark, deep and warm sounds. He has defined his taste focusing more on dark disco, nu-disco and ebm. Some of his influences are: italo disco, 80s Italian cartoon theme songs, dark wave and (Spanish) electroclash. He is resident and promoter of the queer solidarity party Supernature.

Machine Cult, the Amsterdam-based electronic music platform hosted by Déandrah and Garçon Taupe, returns with the release party for Edition Three at OT301 (Amsterdam) on 29th November.

Machine Cult’s upcoming edition will feature a V.A. compilation with tracks by Garçon Taupe (featuring Hunter Complex), Acidic Male, Loradeniz, Déandrah, and Son of Sesh. At the release party, each artist will perform a DJ set, except Déandrah, who will be creating live visuals throughout the night. Note that while Hunter Complex won’t be playing, Vergaarbak will be stepping in for a special b2b set with Garçon Taupe.

Expect a night of powerful electronic music and immersive visuals, celebrating the cutting edge of underground sounds.

Back at our mammoth Stay True Scotland broadcast earlier this month, one track came real close to bringing The Caves' roof down during Nina Kraviz's powerhouse headline set. "I Wanna Go Bang" very nearly executed its titular statement – well, if the song was more about wrecking balls and less about...oh, never mind.

The vocals that stalk the track, so wholly devoid of humanity, rub up against razor-sharp claps and serious bounce in the subs. It's weighty warehouse techno of the highest order, set to devastate dark basements and big tents alike throughout the year. Simply put: Icelandic producer Bjarki has delivered a bomb.

The debut release on TOYTOY’s label comes from resident Dogstarr, who channels the spirit of
Johannesburg’s underground into a five-track EP, plus a hypnotic remix from CraigPlacid. Dance
Mrwebi Dance moves through deep, driving, and euphoric spaces — a record that mirrors the diverse
energy of TOYTOY’s dance floor.

1 ) Dance Mrwebi Dance
The title track locks into a pulse, its hypnotic percussion and rolling low-end creating a meditative
groove that feels equal parts ritual and release.

2) Moonlight
Sharp, urgent, and atmospheric, Moonlight moves with a restless drive. Metallic textures and layered
rhythms give it a shadowy tension that pulls dancers deeper into the floor.

3) Left the Building (Apartment Version)
This cut slows things down and stretches out the space. With its stripped, dub-infused feel, it’s a heady,
introspective moment on the EP, perfect for deeper hours.

4) Get Off Your Block( Extended Version)
The updated version of this track is faster, darker, and more intense — a peak-time weapon built for
strobe-lit rooms. Its relentless percussion and raw energy capture Dogstarr’s harder edge.

5) Sunrise Over Gwi Gwi (CraigPlacid Remix)
CraigPlacid closes the EP with a widescreen rework, morphing the original into a hypnotic sunrise
anthem. Expansive and deep, it feels like the perfect come-up after the storm.

Set for release on Florian's established label FLASH Recordings, Collide: Remixes is a collection of remixes of the tracks from Florian Meindl's well received May LP 'Collide'. A collision of analog sounds and styles, Collide takes the listener on a dark techno journey, while the remixers stay true to this. Florian has invited fellow electronic producers Berger, Dubspeeka, Electric Rescue & Avgusto to each bring their individual sound to the remix EP delivering a fresh take on the prominent tracks from Collide. The multi-talented and multi-faceted artist Florian Meindl is renowned for his technical prowess, and over the years has established an impressive producing base for him himself in his Berlin based Riverside Studio complex. After fourteen years of international performances and production, Florian has developed a special collection with his analog equipment, letting them speak for him in music where words just aren't possible.

It is with a feverish excitement that we can finally announce the next EP in our catalog from our newest addition to the Second State family: Amelie Lens. Besides being quite a multi-talented virtuoso, the Belgian artist comes in hot and heavy for her debut release ‘Let It Go’ and with it showcases her prowess for dark, cutting-edge techno. Over the span of four tracks Lens takes us on a tour-de-force journey into the cerebral spaces of large, dark rooms and flashing strobe lights. Kicking things off is the hypnotically inducing 'Wild' with looping vocals laid over an ever increasing pressure of percussion and white noise. Much like the EP opener, 'Linger On' casts the same spell yet picks up the pace with racing snares and meteoric synth washes creating a deeply euphoric ride. The title track ’Let It Go' is up next and is by far the most 'cheeky' tune of the EP with a twisted acid line swirling around the constant begging of Lens’ voice encouraging you to "Let It Go, Let It Out". Rounding out the EP is 'The Finest Hour' and Lens wraps up her debut with the most psychedelic cut of the package. Low rumbling bass tones and spaced out pads over sparse drums leave lots of room for the imagination providing each listener to create their own journey to navigate. If this is Amelie Lens' debut with us, we expect a lot of very big things to come from the young Belgian and so should you. Welcome Amelie Lens!
