Handshakes

Written and inspired by the Bi-Centennial/War of 1812. We wrote this song with one acoustic guitar from the top of Queenston Heights looking over the Niagara River. Our goal was to write through the eyes of Sir Isaac Brock and what the anticipation of War must have felt like. This song is inspired by those soldiers who fought, and continue to fight, for the peace and beauty of our home and native land, and our hometown of Niagara On The Lake.
