Escape From Reality is an album which the main idea is to imagine the act of breaking free from what we give as known. What exists beyond our reality? Each track was written as a vehicle to ease this escape. We prepared a sonic journey through which we invite the listener to break free from the routine, to face the unknown and to give themselves to the universe.

im happy to finally present to you my Newest finished Work.
The Album contains 8 Tracks. Temporange: 164-242 Bpm. The idea behind the name „Eternal return... of the same...“, also referred to eternal recurrence, has existed in various forms since antiquity. Simply said, it's the theory that existence reoccurs in an infinite cycle as energy and matter transform over time.

Here a little Text from Friedrich Nietzsche who was
also inspired by the Concept Of "Eternal Return of the Same"

"The biggest heavyweight. - Like when, one day or at night, a demon slipped into your solitary loneliness and said to you, "This life, as you now live and live, you will have to live again and again countless times; and there will be nothing new about it, but every pain and every desire and every thought and sigh and all the unspeakable little and big of your life must come back to you, and all in the same series and episode - and also this spider and moonlight among the trees , as well as this moment and myself. The eternal hourglass of existence is turned over again and again - and you with it, dust from the dust! "- Would you not prostrate and grit your teeth and curse the demon that spoke like that? Or have you once experienced a tremendous moment when you would answer him: "You are a god and never have I heard more divine things!" If that thought about you had violence, it would transform you as you are, and perhaps crush it; the question of everything and everyone "do you want this again and countless times?" would be as the biggest focus on your actions! Or how would you have to be good for yourself and for life, to ask for nothing more than after this last eternal confirmation and sealing?

V/A Vellozia Squamata contains tracks of our initial wave of signed artists specially curated by one of Resina’s front men, CyK.

Vellozia Squamata is the scientific name of a native tree of Cerrado’s flora. It’s mainly concentrated on the center of Brazil and it’s in danger of extinction in some regions. In some communities it is known that if someplace contains lots of vellozias, it means the place is usually untouched by mankind, serving as a mark of pure unnafected nature. This species is specially tough and resistant, surviving massive fires, droughts and many other harsh conditions presented by the cerrado biome.

In its environment “canela de ema”, as it’s tenderly called in view of how it looks, only grows 2-4 centimeters a year becoming centenary trees in such short heights. To us, our crew resembles the Vellozia Squamata as we are gathering the work of many years in this upcoming release, something that might feel small at first, but in fact this V/A reflects our lifetime paths in the music scene.

This release was crafted with a lot of care and dedication.

We at Sangoma Records are happy to present our first EP by Brazilian artist CyK. The man behind that project is Ciro Mendes, who is no stranger to this label – he has already released an album with his project Alchemy Circle along with Caio Wandalsen on Sangoma. For this release, he pulled quite some tricks off his sleeve and surprised us with his unique style and phat production, including a rocking collaboration with one of Brazil’s most promising acts – Konebu. Cyk explores the wilder, more foresty side of the psychedelic spectrum and is another great example of strong psychedelia made in Brazil, which we love so much. Big thanks and appreciation to our dear friend Nicolás Rosenfeldtown once again for his stunning artwork.

Mrs Troffea, is the union of Thiago Del Torto and Pablo Botelho. After some collaborations together the natural outcome is a brand new project focused into a more dark environment.

As in the history that the name holds, where people got infected with some powerful hallucinogenic fungus, and danced as there was no tomorrow, they couldn't help themselves from parting as far as they could, the music tends to take the listener to a non stoppable feeling of joy and movement, and take our mind as far as it can achieve out of this experience. Combining analog and digital sounds into a weird but straight forward trip, the goal is to have the dance floor completely upside down immersed into psychedelic.
