this is an unfinished remix from may 2008.  Beach Party Tonight is the opening track from Yo La Tengo's album, Summer Sun.  this remix is unique in that its not nearly as dark as most brasswork material. it was never quite finished because the hard drive that it was saved on was stolen from a tour van.

Quick example of a new oscillator that gives lots of power over sculpting harmonics. Basically, there are two triangle VCOs that are mixed into a wavefolder. There's a knob to control the mix of the oscillators that reaches the wavefolder. You can smoothly morph between one oscillator to a mix of both oscillators to the other oscillator. It's sort of a cross between additive synthesis and Serge waveform animation.
