My attempt to make a dark & cinematic Synthwave track - inspired by the sound of Blade Runner, Stranger Things and Terminator. Hope you like it ;-) 

Made with Abelton, using Minilab 3 and several Plug-ins such as Analog Lab, Korg Gadget, OBX-3, Polysix and some samples. 

SHADOW ENCOUNTERS

Took a quick trip to the 80s with the BA-1 plugin in Ableton Live — those C64 and Amiga chiptune presets and arps really hit my nostalgia button🕹️

👉 If you’re into classic game music or 80s synth textures, this plugin is definitely worth a try.

Kickstart

I've been listening to a lot of music by a famous German pioneer band of electronic music lately... and that inspired me to work on this track. 

Timeless sounds between man and machine. Electronic music built on clean structures, pulsating rhythms, and an aesthetic that blends analog nostalgia with digital futurism. 

I used the following gear, software & VST plugins  to create this track:

- Korg Gadget
- Some Splice Samples (SFX & Drums)

Oh, and the robot voice is ‘I am Nave,’ a preset from the VST Nave plugin by Waldorf

Took a deep dive into SID-chip nostalgia and reimagined one of the legendary themes from The Last Ninja — a true Commodore 64 classic. This one’s a tribute to the genius of Ben Daglish and the unforgettable vibes of 80s game music🎮🕹️
