Until We Meet Again

The simple, but harmonically complex, tune is one of the most beautiful that I've heard, and I just felt the need to orchestrate it! My first time orchestrating a jazz piece so I hope you like it.

Orchestrated: John Coltrane - Naima

This music is part of a soundtrack, and originally from STAGEStheatre's production of Qui Nguyen's play "She Kills Monsters", which premiered in March of 2020.

During this scene, the main character, Agnes, during a session of Dungeons & Dragons, is tasked with killing a jerky doppelganger of her boyfriend created by her sister. While Agnes struggles to keep up with him at first, she grows as a character and defeats the evil double.
