Davis Ngalah (MtuKawaida) , born in 1981 is a musician,video and music producer,composer and sound designer;

 Ngalah is a founder member of  Yunasi band playing nyatiti and singing. Yunasi is an internationally-renowned BBC-award winning Kenyan band specializing in Afro-Fusion music that has seen them travel to the UK, Australia, Germany, Thailand, France, Switzerland, Holland, Luxembourg,Belgium and other African states. As a producer  he has worked in several projects including Phone for Health A ministry of health Kenya initiative to sensitize people on health issues.(voxivalimited.com)
In 2012/2013 campaigns Ngalah was in charger of the studio at the creative hub, a company that produced campaign music and radio ad. for RAILA ODINGA

He has produced music for various artists among them YUNASI band, KOKO BAND, ASALI, SOLFA TAMU, GENERAL MAXIMA, MA BABA SQUAD among others

As video director Ngalah did Scripting, directing, editing and music videos for Labala, Asali and Cambeat project. A project started by film aid in Dadaab refugee camp to help nature talents in the camp

As a sound designer and composer he did jobs on adverts for Heineken the UEFA trophy touring east Africa, Delloite, Brand Kenya,super loaf bread and composed music for film production,such as "Second Honey Moon a kikwetu production,"a road to new home" a film aid production aimed to sensitize refugees on their relocation to new countries 

Ngalah also participated in Nokia research JAMMS project - A research on Softwares for music production application for low end phones
an is also the artistic director of  music projects teaching children in Kibera and Mathare slums.(SLUM SANAA ARTS CENTRE)a community based initiative that gives a platform to the youth  from needy backgrounds
