this is so beautiful - and such a gorgeous tone on that piano melody! wonderful music 💛🎵

This is so very beautiful. From the get-go I can already hear and feel the depth this piece and it's mix has, many layers that are really well placed and put together in a convincing and consistent way (with two minor exceptions).  The piano fits so damn good too and the melodies it contributes are just wonderful and magical. Only thing with it that I would change is at 2:40, that hit is a tad to direct in my opinion. Don't know exactly how I would change it without having the mix in my own hands, but I'd tone it down just enough to fit it back into place, I know you want it to be loud and present in that moment but I feel there could be a little bit of an adjustment to make it fit perfectly, whatever that adjustment would be (probably something in the EQ, maybe the attack on that hit specifically, making it flow in more than punch in if you know what I mean - can't tell exactly).

When Jimmy Buffett passed, it hit me pretty hard and led me to pen this song. Here, I've given it a tropical instrumentation treatment which feels befitting. Although I never made it to a Jimmy Buffett concert, I've always enjoyed his music and longed for the escapism he sings about. He's always been the first name that I would come up with when trying to describe the genre I was aiming for, which I call, "Island Country".
