Mubbashir Sheikh Mashoo AKA Machine Gun is one the finest guitarists from Islamabad who has been playing guitar for 15+ years. He’s currently associated with 21 the band and has also played with some of the biggest names in the country including Faraz Anwar, Natasha Baig, Abbas Ali Khan, Shamoon Ismail, Naseer & Shahab and Black Hour. Mashoo has also played with Ron Bumblefoot Thal of Guns n Roses fame on his tour to Pakistan. With more than 500 concerts underneath his belt & various international tours in China & India, Mashoo also serves as the Vice Curator of the Global Shapers Community (Islamabad Hub) which is the youth-arm of World Economic Forum. 

He started playing guitar in 2005-2006 at a very young age. Among his inspirations include cousin Hassan Ali and Zakria Zubair, whom he saw playing when he was a teenager and knew little about music. Other professional guitar legends such as Ywingwie Malmsteen, Joe Satriani, Steve Vai and Faraz Anwar are his personal favourites.
