It’s been 13 years since Karl’s debut solo album Communication saw the light of day. Remember those days of Windows XP and dial-up modem connections? “Communication is about the way images determine our view of the world and how electronic media is going to change the content of our society,” he’d said at the time. Now Bartos is pumping new life into the album complete with a pristine re­mastering, a first offering on .mp3 and including the previously left-out track “Camera Obscura”. The stuff that digital dreams are made of.

Matthew Herbert turns the screw on his makeover of “I’m The Message”. A kooky remodelling that’s as equally reminiscent of slow data transfers and Napster as it is firmly forward-facing and inventive.

Mondowski's latest release on Relish sees him share more of his love for moody 80's synth acts and imbues it with a seedy and hazy indie club atmosphere. There's two original cuts from the man, and the package also features The Hacker and Joe Spurgeon on remixes.

One, Two, Three, Four, Five, Six, Seven, Eight, Nine. Nine. Nine. Nine. The deadly number, the hotline of emergency buzzed and rung all night long in that tiny room. It was his job to answer, the need was great and the burden of the task weighed heavy on his mind. He musn't fall asleep now though his eyes had began to lose focus. The phone kept ringing and ringing. In the distance the sirens roared through the midnight streets and the lights flashed, but he was far away from that, he was on the other end of the line. Nine, Nine, Nine. 

Needwant have announced a remix EP of Ashworth's 'Grain'. Dorisburg, one half of Genius of Time, is the first to step up to remix duties and establishes a track which balances soft percussion with clattering drum stabs.

Based in Barcelona, Pedro Vian, is the owner and founder of Modern Obscure Music, a record label and platform which allows him to accurately release his interpretation of what he believes today's electronic music should be. Releases on the label have included music from the likes of Madteo, Ital and Inga Copeland. He is also often associated with the Hivern Discs label and released several records on the label as part of his Aster project. Here is a rough and ready mix straight from the depths of the Spanish underground.

Born in the early nineties, young french dj/producer Mondowski has his musicality rooted far from club culture, he finds his stems in Creation’s back catalogue, MBV and The Jesus and Mary Chain, all of which stand out as his seminal references. Later turning to Death in Vegas, which he claims, opened him up to electronic and synth music. Dark was the turn. After the release of "Cry Wolf" and "Sans Soleil" on Relish Compilation IV in December 2015, the lad is back with two new original tracks to be released on Headman's RELISH once more. The EP is titled "Klub Psycho". Here premiered, cult Grenoble producer Michel Amato aka The Hacker takes over "Black Age" and reworks the original track into a sinister dark warehouse anthem ! Release date is set to 11 march

Invisible Inc.'s sixth EP delivers this wonderfully hazy, rhythmic percussive cut from Delta Girls, with some Marr-vellous guitar work. The four track package also includes tracks from Legion Of Light, Claudio Cremonesi and The Immaculate Rivombo.
