government by technicians who are guided solely by the imperatives of their technology. The concept developed in the early 20th century as an expression of the Progressive movement and became a subject of considerable public interest. The origins of the technocracy movement may be traced as an introduction of the concept of scientific management. Writers suggested that businessmen were incapable of reforming their industries in the public interest and that control of industry should thus be given to engineers.
A type of society marked by the dominant role of people with specialized technical skills, particularly engineers.

	You’ll find that within moments of meeting Mugen or just listening to any of his output, every ounce of his essence is music. He walks with a nonchalant rhythm you can almost hear, gesticulates with the energy of a conductor, stringing words and sentences together with the improvisational fluidity of a song and he dynamically converses all with an enchanting bounce. Growing up in a vital and vibrant Buenos Aires, an overwhelming need to harness the rhythm began at 14 with the bass guitar, soon to be followed by drum instruction which would lead to percussion and then having lessons in Cuba. Discovering electronic music through the deepest underground scenes in his city made a realisation that it was the percussion he had been playing with different resources and infinite possibilities. Life brought him to this lenghts spending time living in London and Barcelona, both places had its contribution in his electronic music development. 
	A vinyl lover, dance floor blower with a meticulous technique who besides his exceptional feel for percussive, raw yet upbeat body music, that is and mixing them up with everything from dark disco gems, to drum -fueled techno cuts .The effect is one of opiate submersion, forms a network of interconnected grooves; tripped-out  music bound together by the abundant instances of their main component . He spins because nothing else is quite as satisfying. Giving energy and taking it back. It’s like surfing a wave. At times risky, always trying to produce the unexpected, that’s when people can open up to things they maybe haven’t heard before or didn’t think they liked. Groovy by nature with a funky soul, roots in house but self defined as a techno-man, he doesn’t associate with one particular style but bridges many. 
	Around 2006 is when his first gigs started to show, in parties like Sotaterra, an underground collective who made those parties part of such nice memories. Been Played in many venues in Barcelona like City Hall, Macarena, Mochima, Becool, and around like Pacha (Baqueira), rave party (Burgos), rave party (Bilbao).
	Nowadays he’s running a project (Rustic Food) about electronic music in general, local scene and also international underground music.
