Sorrowmurk is a veteran Russian psytrance producer and beloved sound pirate hailing from Moscow, that weird, cold metropolis on the far edge of Europe. After a few years reframing his music concept and production approach the ex-Dissociactive project member brings us eight previously unreleased night-time epics dedicated to busy Moscow city life and its crazy, mystic trance community. Identity Disorder reflects, in an ironic way, the psychic metamorphosis of a rat race character trapped in this burgeoning metropolis. With a full-power crunchy sound, this album is wrapped in darkness, but also retains a good sense of humour at its core. With knowledge of secret substances and body mechanics this album serves as the best medicine against concrete jungle fever and offers a gateway to the heady warmth of beach party season. Special cover art with famous Moscow landmarks is hand-painted expressly for this project by one of the first Russian psychedelic artists, Konstantin LordJaad. Mastered by Mario Darkshire. Up next in our sonic voyage is a various artists album titled ‘Feuille Morte’, compiled by Olivia Trausel aka Via.

From childhood, Via was exposed to music. Her father used to play bass and blues and her fascination with rhythms and effects began to grow during those early years. In 2008, she attended her first psytrance forest party and has been captivated by the music ever since.

In 2015, Via created the label Fleye Records with Vikkelsø, focusing on the night time brim of Psychedelic Trance. In 2018, she handed over the label to a mate and joined Muimina Sounds in the summer of 2022 as a label DJ – the concept of Feuille Morte began brewing shortly after.

The title Feuille Morte represents ‘Dead Leaf’. As autumn sets in and the trees that watch out for us goes to sleep and their leaves begin to fade, we would like to present you with these ice-cold nocturnal beats that comes in autumn colours. Via has focused on the Scandinavian-influenced funk of forest psy, carefully selecting tracks from talented musicians to bring this vision to life.

In Feuillemort’s embrace, hues ignite

ADN Music presents the second episode of ADN Chronicles : the Horned God.

The Chronicles series present the annual label compilation gathering all our producers each time around a different mythological background. 
This year, we continue our explorations of ancient legends with the mysterious figure of the Celtic god Cernunnos, Lord of the Wild Things. He represents the biological cycle of nature, reflecting simultaneously life and death, the seeding and the decay, depicted by the ancients with the antlers of a stag, growing at spring and falling at autumn.

Cults of the Horned God can be traced back to Mesolithic era and is shared among many pre-Indo-European cultures. In fact, Cernunnos shows disturbing similarities with Pashupati, an old incarnation of Shiva as “Lord of the Cattle” still worshiped in Nepal. Just like the Vedic gods, Cernunnos is seating cross-legged and holds symbolic objects in his hands like the torque and the ram-headed snake. He’s also sometime depicted as a three-faced god, remembering once again Shiva.

The origins of the Celt people are uncertain, but the Kurgan theory, among others clues, gives a common root to Indian & European cultures. In these times of closed borders and fear of others, it is essential to remember that Humanity has always been made of migrations and mingling. 
This selection of ten tracks depicts this infinite story of birth & death, the perpetual movement allowing the continuity of Life. What else do we celebrate when we dance?
